Garage Door off Track
Customer Issue: This customer’s garage door had started coming off its tracks.
Our Solution: Once we disconnected the door, we opened it by hand and propped it up. We cleaned the tracks and made sure they were as straight as an arrow before realigning and tightening them down. Then, we removed the damaged rollers and put a nylon set in their stead. We reconnected the opening mechanism and tested the door - it was as good as new.
Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Our customer needed a door for the garage he had just finished building in his backyard.
Our Solution: Mr. Boyne was very specific about what he wanted in a door, so we used that information as a filter and showed him only the options that met his requirements. We gathered everything we needed for the installation and returned at the agreed time. Once we mounted and balanced the door, we connected the opener and set the travel limits. We showed Mr. Boyne how everything worked and gave him advice on how to take care of his door.
